| Our goal is to develop ministers in Christ. This means we want people to
think of themselves as ministers.
Ministry is a word that describes something every Christian should do.
The word "minister" comes from the Latin word meaning servant. Ministry
is serving others with the gifts and abilities God gave to you. Is ministry only meant to
be a full-time, paid position? No! That is the exception rather than the rule. Again,
pastors equip people to do the ministry. The people minister; the pastors and leaders
equip!
